  15.     Hello all...  There have been so many people that have been more
  16.     than helpful in th epast with my silly questions.  Now, I find 
  17.     that I must ask another..

  19.     I am currently working on a video game and will eventually be
  20.     working on small cut-scenes for said game.  What I want is this:
  21.     That nice cloaking/decloaking effect from B5 or the Star Trek
  22.     movies.  You know, the one with the rippling effect...  I know that
  23.     for the main object, you do a envelope for disolve.  what is the 
  24.     best way to get that rippling effect with a sphere?  What settings
  25.     to get the really distorted effect of cloaking/decloaking is needed
  26.     besides ripples on the sphere surrounding the ship (I think this is
  27.     the way to do it)?
